Taskal app is a Communication, Risk Management & Support platform designed for an organization and associated service providers to support its customers or employees in a controlled manner.

Taskal app provides a robust communication tool with unlimited chat, voice and video connectivity. Taskal allows any users to communicate through chat, voice, videos, file sharing on any device or system and between any number of users.

Usual “free” communication apps are not suitable for business due to information confidentiality issues and absence of users management. Taskal was specifically designed for business use in a controlled environment.

Through its powerful multichannel support application Taskal app links all users to the travel agencies handling your company’s reservations, and local support in case of emergency. It enable seamless cooperation between all service providers to assist final users anywhere and anytime across any geography. Tasks such as air ticket reservation changes or quick intervention onsite to solve a local issue are easy to implement.

Risk is managed in the app with a GPS location checking function, a global simultaneous safety check function, a panic button function which connects to our 24-hour call centre in times of emergency, as well as a 24-hour overseas travel warning information function. This way, users are geo-localized and can communicate their status at anytime.

Users are kept informed continuously through Feeds, Announcements or Alerts.
